The World is Flat: a New Normal of Modern Architecture
With the introduction of modern Communication and Team sites, administrators have had to rethink what it means to define an information architecture. How does one provide shared navigation, deliver global branding, configure consistent taxonomy and manage permissions when there is no direct inheritance?
During this session we will discuss the pros and cons of modern architecture and what tools administrators and owners can use to mimic the perception of classic architecture requirements. Concepts such as Office 365 groups, hub sites, site designs, branding and application customizers are important to understand how they can impact the end user experience. Given this information you can start, or continue, your journey to the brave new modern world in SharePoint.
