SharePoint Superhero - The SharePoint Analyst
The role of a SharePoint Business Analyst has become a staple in most organizations and why not, with users needing more and more business processes in systems like SharePoint. But some organizations like to throw everything from developer, tester, network administrator, and project manager into the title of SharePoint Business Analyst.
If you already have a SharePoint BA role or looking to add one to your organization, this session will cover what should be expected of the Business Analyst. Learn some of the many tools and techniques that a business analyst uses every day to make their work valuable to the organization such as: Business Process Management, Mind Mapping, and Prototyping. Finally, learn some of the skills and behavior characteristics to look for when developing a BA on your team in order to make your next SharePoint project a success.
