Business Process Automation using SharePoint Forms and Workflow

As organizations are expanding their use of SharePoint, one functionality that can provide immediate ROI is automation of business processes. This can be handled in a number of ways including using either out of the box SharePoint or bringing in a tool. This session will look at the different capabilities, tools and approaches to implementing Forms and Workflow within a SharePoint environment. Additionally we will go through the process of using SharePoint Designer to implement a workflow. A majority of this information can be applied to SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint Online. However, there will be features discussed that are only available in SharePoint 2013 or SharePoint Online.
