We had an overwhelming response to our call for member case studies this year. Because of this we are planning on taking the next two meetings to have all of those who submitted present their use case. All of those who have submitted were asked to talk about the following during their presentation.
 • What was the business need?
 • What options did you have (if any)?
 • Why you choose this option?
 • How did you implement?
 • Was there any ROI after implementation?
